iTS Leadership is a remarkable company that develops and delivers tailored programmes to help maximise the performance of teams and individuals. They work with business leaders on an individual level, to explore challenges that are specific to them and enable them to be as effective as they can be in their expanding roles.
iTS wanted a fresh new logo and brand identity that was to be utilised across their entire business from stationery and website, all the way to events promotion and conferences.
Its all about the geese.
iTS Leadership’s only stipulation for their new logo was it had to be geese related. A bit bizarre to say the least so I asked the obvious and was gobsmacked at the answer and how intelligent these gaggle are.
Geese fly in a V formation so they can reach their destination more quickly and with less energy expended when they fly together in formation. They also rotate positions in order to conserve energy and help one another reach their desired destination.
So, when people work together harmoniously on teams, sharing common values and a common destination, they all arrive at the destination quicker and easier, because they are lifted up by the energy and enthusiasm of one another… and now you and I both understand iTS’ request for geese!
It ain’t what you do, it’s the way that you do it.
With an emphasis on leadership, I developed a two colour logo of green and black. The green would enable me to highlight iLead whilst the black would focus the eye on the entire company name. So killing two geese with one stone… yeah, not the best pun to be honest!
The new identity was used for everything as intended. From stationery, in-house literature and a new fancy website, to event marketing and promotion across a wide variety of elements such as pens, pads, cups, lanyards, banners, you name it, iTS had it.
